Yes, we know. We, too, find it hard to resist the unique design of the round table made of solid wood on a golden base. We do not want to be unjustly modest. Our goal was to create a designer table that is itself a decoration.
Round Lady Black is a fashionable combination of a wooden top and a metal base. But we would not be us if we did not do it our way! So we came up with the idea of using a natural wood top treated with the traditional Japanese shou sugi ban process. The effect we achieved is the deep black of the tabletop, which further highlights the natural lines and cracks in the wood structure. We found an unconventional solution, so the table was finished with a decorative steel base with an interesting conical shape and golden surface. We like such contrasts! Thus, the table can be integrated into both industrial and somewhat more elegant interiors.
